Busy

We've been busy. Work, school, church, dance, gymnastics, YMCA, bible study, birthday party......the list goes on. All good things, just busy. I really need to take the pictures off my camera so that I can put some on here. But this week I have totally been hooked on reading the Twilight series (thank you Tammy). So in between loads of laundry, cleaning, and take care of my children I am trying to cram in as much reading as possible. So I promise I will have some pictures on here soon, but for now you'll have to excuse me while I go read. :)

My 4th

I got this game off a friend of mine and I thought I would post it here to be funny.





Here's how you play!
1. Go to your 4th folder where you store your photos.
2. Select your 4th picture (no exceptions)!
3. Post the picture with an explanation and link it back to your tagger4. Tag 4 people (or as many as you want) to do the same!!

LOL This picture was taken in April of 08. The girls wanted to play with make-up and I had just had Capri a few weeks prior so I was too tired to argue. So I let them have at it. Avery did pretty well except she got it all in her hair (which is why it is sticking up and plastered), and Sage looks like a clown, oh and notice that I made her take her shirt off.....lol

I joined a bible study last week that meets every Thurs morning or evening (I go in the morning except on MOPS week, then I will go in the evening). I LOVE this group. The women are just so kind and loving. You can really tell that they are doing their best to follow Christ in all areas of their lives. I was in a small group with other mommies who's mission in life is to be a good Christian wife, and raise good Christian kids. That is such a rare find in this world today. The study is all about building relationships both in community with others and a stronger relationship with Christ. I just feel so refreshed after going and really look forward to going each week. Sage and Capri go to the child care area and they seem to have a really good time also. God really knew that this was something that I needed at this time in my life. Between this, my really awesome MOPS group, church, and French lessons (other MOPS moms), I am really meeting some other great Christian women. And don't we all just need to surround ourselves with that as much as possible. Good Christian friends encourage us, love us (despiter our faults), are honest with us in a loving way, listen to us, don't judge us, and really just understand where we are coming frome even if we don't always agree.

Thank you Lord for putting all these wonderful women in my life. Help me to be a friend to them, and help them meet my needs for friendship. Bless my MOPS group, and my new liferenewal group. Help us always to do our best in serving you. Amen

Hello

I haven't posted here much in the last few weeks. Last week our family was sick. Capri started it a week ago Sunday, then I got it, then Sage, then Avery. Nick felt sick one day but still went to work. My mom watched the girls for me while I was sick and a few days later she was sick. My Uncle Roger and Aunt Nancy were in for the Superbowl (my uncle had tickets), and he ended up getting sick Sunday morning. Thankfully he was still able to make it to the game. So it's really been around.

Other than that we're just living our normal lives. Going to the gym, dance lessons, gymnastics, school, work, church, Awana, bible study........ Sage started her French lessons up again and a friend of ours is joining us this time around. So we're all doing great!

Hopefully I'll get some pictures up from Sage's birthday party soon.
